Published in Chicago by U.S. Publishing house in 1882.  This book is in good condition. Wear shown on corners and edges, there is a tear on the binding of the inside jacket. No noticeable tears to the pages. 

Illustrated with India-tinted engravings, published in Cincinnati by Henry Howe, at E. Morgan & Co.'s in 1855. This book has an embossed leather cover. The covers are barely attached and there are obvious pages that look worn or torn.
